Do you "Repair By Replacement"?

To do so requires removal of all accessories
+ Disconnect all air and instrument lines
+ Remove actuator from valve
+ Purchase new actuator
+ Receive new actuator
+ Pay for new actuator
+ What ever other paperwork you are required to perform
+ Install the new actuator
+ Re-connect air and instrument lines
+ Re-install all accessories
+ Re-calibrate the valve/actuator/accessory assembly

Because our Rack & Gear actuators have removable end caps and cylinders, repairs related to piston o-rings (our design causes these to last longer) or contaminant scratched cylinders (which renders Rack & Pinion actuators irreparable) can be accomplished while the valve/actuator/accessory assembly remains intact. Simply remove media pressure for safety, remove the cylinder, replace the piston o-ring (and the cylinder if damaged) and go back into service. How could you not find this an attractive capability????
