Gary Grauerholz joins QTRCO as President; Shawn Hughes promoted to COO - January 1, 2010

• QTRCO CEO Ed Holtgraver announced today that Gary Grauerholz has joined the company as President effective this date and will be responsible for all non-nuclear activities.  Gary's career has included operational, sales, and senior executive positions with Keystone, Groth and Curtiss Wright.  For the past few years, he has very successfully provided consulting services to well known companies in the process industries. 
• Shawn Hughes has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer.  Shawn has been with QTRCO since its inception and has been a primary contributor to our success, most recently bringing the company into the nuclear market, where he will continue to provide guidance.

QTRCO goes Nuclear - November 2009

• Taking advantage of the seismic friendly, weight balanced Flat Yoke design, QTRCO has signed a distribution / license agreement with Nuclear Logistics, Inc. of Fort Worth, TX to promote, market and sell QTRCO Flat Yoke actuators to the Nuclear Power and waste clean up markets.  Nuclear Logistics' Nuclear market experience and their full NQA-1 capabilities greatly compliment the Flat Yoke actuators capabilities.
