While other suppliers count on replacement actuator sales or the sale of overpriced repair parts, we design with the intent that our actuators simply will not fail. We are so confident in the capabilities of our actuators that we offer what we believe is the strongest warranty in the industry:
Warranty Statement: 3-Year Performance Guarantee
If, for a period of three years after shipment, a QTRCO Actuator fails to PERFORM in accordance with our customer’s expectations, we will provide—free of charge—the necessary repair parts. If you pay the freight costs and the actuator is returned to QTRCO, we will perform the repair service at no additional charge to you.
RGA Form
In the unlikely event that a QTRCO actuator needs to be returned to the factory, simply print the RGA form from the link below and call
281-516-0277 for an RGA # and simply fax or email the form to QTRCO for a timely response.
QTRCO Green Tag
QTRCO ships all actuators with an attached Green Tag that contains the applicable serial number and a detachable, postage-paid registration form for return to QTRCO. Completion and return of the form will assure efficient response should the actuator ever require service.
