With the exception that we do not warrant QD Series actuators against corrosion, we will provide free of charge, parts required for repair should the QD series actuator's performance fail to meet your expectations for 3 years. We will repair the actuator free of charge if you pay the freight to and from our plant.
A key feature of our actuators is that (1) because of their low friction design and the relative lack of dynamic seals, they almost never fail, and (2) worn piston o-rings can be replaced on site without disturbing accessory settings.
and .. the o-ring sizes are industry standard so you will not have to pay the outrageous prices our competitors charge for their proprietary seals.
and .. on the SR version, debris scratched cylinder bores can be 'repaired' simply by turning the cylinder end for end, thereby moving the unused end into contact with the piston o-ring seal; effectively providing a free replacement cylinder on each end of the actuator.
