Warranty - Rack & Gear actuators
Warranty statement:
- If, for a period of 3 years, a QTRCO R&G actuator fails to PERFORM in accordance with our customer's expectations, we will provide, free of charge, the necessary repair parts. If you pay the freight costs and the actuator is returned to QTRCO, we will perform the repair service at no additional charge to you.
RGA form (soon)
- To simplify the life of our customers, not that we expect it ever to be required, we have attached the standard Return Goods Approval form. Call 281-516-0277 for an RGA number and to describe the situation.
QTRCO Green Tag (soon)
- QTRCO ships all actuators with an attached Green Tag that contains the applicable serial number and a detachable, postage paid registration form for return to QTRCO. Completion and return of the form will assure efficient response should the actuator ever require service.
